EMPENNAGE is a Spanish short film that tells the story of a young woman who harbors aspirations of becoming an aircraft designer, a passion she inherited from her late mother. However, her over-protective father stands as an obstacle in the way of her dreams.

The film carefully portrays the internal struggle of the protagonist as she grapples with her longing to pursue her ambitions and the familial bonds that keep her grounded. Furthermore, it explores the complex relationship between a father and daughter, shedding light on the intricate emotions and silent sacrifices that are woven into the fabric of their lives.

EMPENNAGE was an Official Selection for at both the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival and the Official Latino Film Festival. It is currently being distributed through ShortsTV in Latin America and Europe.
